The Applegarden Montessori School Registration Forms & Enrollment
Procedures
Please download or print the registration form(s) of your choice. In order
to enter our "waiting pool," please return it to us with the appropriate
registration fee: $30 for summer registration, $50 for school year registration.
We will contact you prior to acceptance for an opportunity to meet you and
your child. Following confirmation of your child's enrollment, you will
owe the school development fee and one full tuition installment. Shortly
thereafter you will receive a Parent Handbook and enrollment materials.
Make checks payable to: The Applegarden Montessori School or The Proludium

Recommended Enrollment Procedures:
Read about our school on our website and/or receive
our brochure by calling the school's business office. Review our policies,
daily schedule, school calendar, etc.
Attend a school Open House (children welcome!)
Make an appointment to observe a class in session (without
your child). Review our classroom newsletter, "Appleseeds," to
broaden your understanding of our school's daily life.
Complete registration form(s) for summer and/or fall
and submit with appropriate nonrefundable fees. (This may be done before
you have seen the school if you wish to have early placement in our waiting
pool.)
You will be invited to bring your child to a get-acquainted
interview with the school's director prior to acceptance. Sometimes this
happens at a school Open House.
You will be notified re: acceptance and asked to submit
the nonrefundable school development fee to hold your child's place in a
class.
You will receive a school contract and a bill for the
final installment of the school year and/or one-half of the summer tuition.
The contract should be returned to the school within two weeks of receipt.
You will also receive a Parent Handbook and various other enrollment materials
to return before your child's first day.
You will receive a questionnaire to complete about your
child and family to bring to your child's scheduled one-on-one get-acquainted
interview with a teacher.
Your child will begin school!!
